.rtf. Please feel free to use any or all of them.
How
the purchase and download works:
Upon

Once
that package (file name: RLS-PKG-AZ.zip) is finished
downloading (it's pretty quick) it will "unzip" itself
and present you with a folder (file name: RLS-PKG-AZ) that contains
all
of the forms and documents, including full
instructions.

the package. Please make sure your
email address is entered correctly so that we can
get that confirmation to you.)
Once
you see the file with the forms and documents in it you
can drag those forms and documents to wherever you'd like them
