Using our detailed instructions, in less than 5
minutes you can have your new form(s)
downloaded, filled in and printed!

Here we've got detailed instructions on how to purchase and download your new template(s). If you still have questions and/or concerns please do email me. :) For instructions on how to use the form(s) once they're downloaded, please follow this link. :)

1. Add the template(s)/template package(s) that you wish to purchase, to your shopping cart.

Please note that because these templates are a one-time purchase for unlimited usage you need purchase only ONE copy of each form that you need. If you accidentally purchase more than one copy of a form no worries, I personally review each and every order and I promptly credit back extra purchases.

You may see a generic message indicating that there may be shipping and sales tax added to your order, please be assured that there are no shipping fees and no sales tax added to your order. In addition, you may see a message that asks for a ship-to address. You can leave it blank or put N/A there if you'd like. :)

Please note that the charge will appear on your credit card statement as "Diane Dennis Enterprises".

Underneath each form listed there will be a button that says "Download Now". Click on those "Download Now" button(s) to download your form(s).

In addition, you'll receive an email confirmation of your purchase and in that email will be link(s) to download your forms. When entering your email address please double-check it to make sure it's correct. Without an accurate email address we cannot send you your confirmation email.

No matter what though, we are always happy to email the forms to you. If you have any troubles with the download (or miss the download button or enter your email address incorrectly or whatever), just send us an email and we'll email the forms right over to you. Our goal is to have you up and running literally instantly! :)

5. Where does the downloaded template/package go?

When you click on the download button, the forms/files will automatically download to your default download folder. Unless you've changed that default download folder, typically it will be your desktop or a folder titled 'temp' or 'temporary' or 'my documents', etc.

You can leave the forms/files where they downloaded or you can put them wherever you'd like on your computer (except: don't put PDF documents in your Word folder or "My Documents" folder).

If you cannot locate the file(s) that you downloaded just send me a quick email and I'll email the documents to you.

6. Whenever you need to use the form(s), just navigate to the form where it is saved on your computer, open it and use your computer to fill it in and then print it.

Because the form downloads to and resides on your computer, you're able to use it forever, without ever having to pay for it again. :) Should you ever lose the form(s), we have an outstanding and unlimited free replacement policy.
