This A-1-131 Public Works Payroll Reporting Form comes in both PDF and Excel format (they work with the free Adobe Reader and Microsoft Excel) and can be used on both Windows and Macintosh computers.

Anyone with mad Excel skills and Schema and all that good stuff, feel free to manipulate the form however you'd like; there's no password required. If you know how to make XML documents you could probably make the Excel version here work in such a manner that it *does* export in an XML format that *can* be directly uploaded to the DIR website.Extra items included in the package
